Walk thru Bethlehem 2022

December 17 and December 18

A journey to bethlehem

In our Journey to Bethlehem, guests are led by a guide through the streets  Bethlehem in a search for a place to stay like Mary and Joseph may have experienced on the first Christmas night.  Along the way you'll meet the Magi, the Tax Collector, Roman Guards and various Bethlehem merchants where you can interact with activities, sample their wares, and learn the story of what happened that night in Bethlehem.

This event is indoors and lasts approximately 60 minutes.

Our journey is entirely wheelchair accessible & kid friendly.

Your evening will come to an end at the manger scene where the message of the Savior's birth is presented complete with live animals and music!

The event is free and serves as a gift to our community but you need to register to reserve a spot for your group

Walk-ups are more than welcomed but there could be a wait to enter.

Reserve your spot now!

A reservation is not required, but recommended. If you have any questions, please contact the church @mycrosspointechurch.org

Spots will disappear as they fill up. No worries! You may still attend without a reservation. Just show up at the tent to register at any time during the event, but understand that there might be a wait time.

FAQ's

If you have any additional questions, please contact us @mycrosspointechurch.org

  • DO I NEED MONEY FOR THIS EVENT?

There is no cost to enter A Walk Through Bethlehem. Donations are accepted.

  • Do i need a  reservation?

No. It is recommended you have a reservation, but walk-ups will be accepted. A reservation confirms a time that you will be going through. Walk-ups may have to wait since there is a limited amount of people that can be in each group.

  • Is this event indoors?

Yes! We will have the event rain or shine. There will be a 10-15 minute portion outside in a covered and enclosed space. Check-in is outdoors, but you will soon be escorted indoors to wait until your time slot begins.

  • Is this event wheelchair accessible?

Absolutely, yes! It takes place indoors throughout our 1 level church. Upon exiting, there is a steeper slope, but there will be volunteers there to assist if needed.   Wheelchairs will be escorted out the same way they came in.  We widened our route this year to ensure there was plenty of space for all of our guests.
